Personal tours of our facilities are conducted by appointment only.

Booking and Deposits

All dates are on a first-come, first-served basis. A non-refundable $500 booking fee and a signed contract are required at the time of booking your event. The final balance and final guest counts are due 14 days prior to the scheduled event. On-site wedding rehearsals must be scheduled at the time of booking.

Weather

Obviously we cannot guarantee weather. In the event of inclement weather we will do whatever is reasonable and prudent to make your special event the best it can be. There are no refunds on the rental of outdoor spaces as a result of changing weather conditions.

Directions

Double R Ranch is located at 17014 Avenue 296 in Visalia. Driving east on Highway 198 take the Farmersville exit. Turn left at the stop sign. Turn left at the second stop (Farmersville Blvd) which will take you over Highway 198. Turn right at the next stop sign (Avenue 296) and continue for 1 mile. The Ranch is on the left and you will enter through double gates leading up to the parking lot.
